A reservation is equivalent to signing a rental contract.
All bookings are nominative and cannot be transferred or sublet under any circumstances.
To validate a reservation, the client must pay a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay.
For all bookings made after 01/06, 100% of the total amount of the stay is due at the time of booking, whatever the dates of stay.
A non-refundable booking fee of 40€ will be charged for stays between 26/06 and 28/08.
The reservation will become effective upon receipt of the payment followed by the sending of a confirmation.
This booking confirmation must be presented on arrival. The pitch number is given as an indication without any guarantee, unless you subscribe to the guaranteed pitch option.
➢ Minimum duration of rental stays :
From the opening to 26/06 and from 06/09 to the closing, reservations are for a minimum of 2 nights in a rental, arrivals and departures can be made every day.
From 27/06 to 05/09, bookings are for a minimum period of 7 nights, arrivals and departures are on Wednesdays, Saturdays or Sundays. During this period, the minimum duration of the reservations can be reduced to 2 nights with our exceptional written agreement. In this case, arrivals and departures will be 7 days a week.
➢ Minimum length of stay on standard pitches :
Throughout the season, these pitches can be booked by the night, depending on availability.
Prices are given as an indication. They have been established on the basis of economic indices in force at the time of their establishment and may be revised, upwards or downwards, according to the evolution of these indices (VAT, tourist tax, etc.) and to availability.
3.FEES & CANCELLATION:
For all bookings made less than one month before the start of the stay, the balance is due on booking.
For all reservations made more than one month before the start of the stay:
- If the dates of stay are included before 01/06, the balance is due one month before arrival.
- If the dates of stay are included after 01/06, the balance is due on 01/06.
- If the stay is booked after 01/06, 100% of the total amount of the stay is due at the time of booking.
Non-payment of the balance on the agreed date will automatically result in the nullity of the contract without prior notice and the non-reimbursement of sums already paid. From the moment the deposit has been paid, your stay is pre-reserved, the balance will therefore be due under the conditions explained above.
The amount of the stay will be calculated according to the dates mentioned on the booking contract, no reduction will be granted for an early departure or a late arrival.
In the event of cancellation, the following will be retained or remain due
a) The booking and insurance fees;
b) As compensation for breach of contract :
- An amount equal to 25% of the total cost of the stay if:
o The cancellation is made before 1st June for a stay between 01/07 and 31/08
o The cancellation is made more than one month before the date of arrival for a stay planned for any other period
- An amount equal to 100% of the total cost of the stay if :
o Cancellation is made after 1st June for stays between 01/07 and 31/08
o The cancellation is made less than one month before the arrival date for any other stay
o You do not show up on the scheduled arrival date.
In case of late arrival or cancellation of the stay, please inform the campsite as soon as possible in writing, telephone messages are not allowed. If no information is received, the pitch/rental will become available the next day at noon and may be allocated to another customer. The full payment of the services will be required as compensation. If the client wishes to have more flexibility, the campsite offers an optional cancellation insurance (conditions here).
4.PITCHES & RENTALS :
The standard pitches can accommodate up to 6 people.
The pitch rental price includes 1 accommodation unit, i.e. 1 tent or caravan and 1 car or 1 camper and 2 people. The addition of one person and one accommodation unit involves a daily supplement (see table).
The rental accommodations are equipped according to the information provided on our official websites. The basic price includes the maximum number of participants, the accommodation can accommodate 3 to 8 people depending on the type.
Whatever the age of the participants, they are considered as one person and the maximum capacity of the reserved accommodation cannot be exceeded. The campsite will refuse any person beyond the capacity provided.
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or according to a specific period, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day withdrawal period.
A/ Rental: 2 animals max. are accepted in certain specific rentals (except category 1 and 2) for an additional fee (see table).
B/ Pitch : 2 animals max. are accepted (except category 1 and 2) with a supplement (see table). They MUST be kept on a leash, wear a collar, be tattooed, vaccinated, have a vaccination booklet and be declared at the reception. Their owner must be able to present the up to date vaccination booklet for any control. These animals must never be left in the wild. They must not be left alone on the camp site, even if tied up or locked up, in the absence of their owners who will be financially and civilly responsible for any damage they cause. They are not allowed in public places.
Minors may stay on condition that they are accompanied by an adult, have parental authorisation and have had the booking contract signed by a parent or legal guardian.
8.ARRIVALS - DEPARTURES :
A/ For rentals: Arrivals are from 4pm and departures are before 10am.
B/ For standard pitches: Arrivals are from 2pm and departures are before 12pm.
For all rentals, a deposit will be required on arrival to cover any damage and cleaning costs incurred as a result of your stay. A fixed amount of 200€ is dedicated to the rental itself and the amount of the cleaning fee, excluding standard and comfort pitches, varies according to the accommodation's capacity:
Category 1: from 1 to 5 people 100€ ;
Category 2 : up to 6 people 150€ ;
Category 3: over 6 people 200€. Any object broken, lost or damaged during the stay will be charged.
10.IMAGE RIGHTS :
The name and image of the campsite are the property of the campsite only. During the stay, the client may be photographed or filmed on the campsite. The campsite and the reservation centre RESASOL may use these photos or films for commercial or advertising purposes unless the client informs the reception in writing on arrival that he/she does not want this to happen. The photos and plans presented on our various communication tools are non-contractual, and can in no case be used as an argument for a complaint.
11.PROMOTION & COMMERCIAL OFFERS :
Promotions and commercial offers are available from time to time during the year. They concern specific accommodation and a limited stock. The amount of discount offered may vary according to the accommodation, the period booked and the time of booking.
12.CAMPING ACCESS :
All customers are required to comply with the provisions of the campsite's internal regulations.
13.FORCE MAJEURE :
Force majeure is defined as any event external to the parties that is both unforeseeable and insurmountable, making it impossible for one or other of the parties to fulfil all or part of their obligations under the contract. Force majeure has the effect of suspending the performance of the obligations of the parties; the latter shall bear the costs incurred by them. The campsite cannot be held responsible for any consequences and effects resulting from this. The same applies in the event of the occurrence of nuisances that disturb, interrupt or prevent the stay of the clients (e.g. flooding, general cut-off of electricity, gas, water); it being understood that the clients will be informed of these possible nuisances on the sole condition that the campsite has been previously informed. The campsite may then be obliged to modify their services partially or totally (partial or total closure of the campsite, of a facility such as a swimming pool or restaurant, etc.) without the customer being able to claim any compensation.
14.MEDIATION OF CONSUMPTION :
In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, within a period of one year from the date of his written complaint, the consumer, subject to article L.152-2 of the Consumer Code, has the right to make a request for amicable resolution by mediation, with SAS Médiation Solution: 222 chemin de la bergerie 01800 Saint Jean de Niost https://www.sasmediationsolution-conso.fr - email@example.com
Any complaint concerning the non-conformity of the services in relation to the contractual commitments must be notified in writing (LRAR) to the manager of the establishment concerned within 30 days following the end of the stay. In the event of a dispute, only the DAX commercial court is competent.
The occasional derogation of these general conditions of sale does not give rise to an acquired derogation. The campsite reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions of sale at any time.
