The French-style Pet Friendly Trophies reward companies that are committed to the animal cause. They reward businesses in different categories. The Lou Pignada campsite in Messanges is very proud to have been the first winner in the Tourist Accommodation category, in 2018. This rewards the policy of camping towards animals since its opening more than 30 years ago.

Customer welcome and security.
The heads of our various departments have all been trained in customer reception and safety via the Tourism Academy professional training institute.
On the programme of this complete training : The actions to be taken and the behaviours to adopt before, during and after a client's stay. Cleaning procedures, management of staff and their equipment, hygiene measures to be applied and enforced, distancing procedures, barrier gestures and medical means available, procedures to be applied in the event of a positive test, etc.
Following this complete training on the measures of application and the attitudes to adopt towards the Covid-19 within the framework of an establishment receiving the public, it is in all 3 tests which made it possible to validate the knowledge and the assets of our persons in charge to welcome you better and in full safety.
